Aluat saratele (cu presa)

– 1 pahar ulei (100 g)
– 1 pahar margarina topita
– 500 g faina
– 600 ml lapte caldut
– 1 lingurita amoniac
– 1 lingurita chimen
– sare dupa gust

Saleuri

– 500 g faina
– 1 pliculet praf de copt
– 250 g margarina
– 2 oua
– 250 g cascaval ras
– 200 g smantana
– sare
-1 lingurita chimen

Se face o coca, se intinde foaia, se unge cu ou, se presara cascaval ras si chimen. Se coc cca. 20 min.

Saratele cu drojdie

– 1 kg faina
– 400 g untura/ unt/ margarina
– 30 g drojdie dizolvata in putin lapte
– 1-2 oua
– 4-5 linguri iaurt
– 2-3 linguri smantana

Aluat tare. Se lasa la dospit.
