- 1 pahar ulei (100 g)
- 1 pahar margarina topita
- 500 g faina
- 600 ml lapte caldut
- 1 lingurita amoniac
- 1 lingurita chimen
- sare dupa gust

Saleuri

- 500 g faina
- 1 pliculet praf de copt
- 250 g margarina
- 2 oua
- 250 g cascaval ras
- 200 g smantana
- sare
-1 lingurita chimen

Se face o coca, se intinde foaia, se unge cu ou, se presara cascaval ras si chimen. Se coc cca. 20 min.

Saratele cu drojdie

- 1 kg faina
- 400 g untura/ unt/ margarina
- 30 g drojdie dizolvata in putin lapte
- 1-2 oua
- 4-5 linguri iaurt
- 2-3 linguri smantana

Aluat tare. Se lasa la dospit.
